    I just noticed that they posted the colors for each trio, they are:

    Matte? Shimmer? Frosted?

    Are these shades matte? Do they have some shimmer? Are they frosted? I am hoping these have very little shimmer or maybe matte. I find that eye colors with a little shimmer are easier to put on than the ones that are matte.

    I know what you're talking about when you say that matte shades don't go on as easily (smoothly). These 'look' matte on, but have something silky in it, almost like a shimmer, but not. Trust me when I say, they go on really easily and you won't be disappointed. I use an eye shadow base, as well which probably helps. HTH...

    Are the colors shimmer or matte? also is lilac very pale?

    I hope to use the 2 hi-light colors below my eye if they are matte, as a set for concealer. My computer shows these colors as fairly pale. On the four other colors, I would prefer a bit fuller color, which, of course could be the PERFECT ASSORTMENT in this pretty assortment. The Sienna looks beyond perfect. I am extra pale but Sienna is a color that seems to blend with any skintone. I know baked is very pigmented and look forward to trying these.

    And if you are referring the the Smokey Mauves pallete. Yes it does contain lighter shades, but you still have the option of smoking it out with the darker shade.
