The hydrating foundation primer doesn't have a lot of oil, but it is NOT oil-free. If you are looking for something completely oil-free then I would recommend you use the oil-free foundation primer.

I believe it says it is, however, I tried it when I was looking for the mineral primer and it was to heavy for my needs.

For your combination skin, I would recommend either one. For you, I would suggest more highly to hydrating foundation primer because you have the combination skin.
But, both of them would work and look great with combination skin.

I have combination skin too - I use the original primer over any of the others...but it really depends on your skin.

This foundation primer actually will definitely not spread into a watery mess. This is a high quality product that won't do that... I definitely suggest this oil free foundation primer for a non- watery mess.

This was actually a probem we came across and was made aware, so we currently arent producing this product until the separation issue is fixed. So the next tube you purchase should definitly not have that problem. We belive it was due to exposure of massive heat or exrtreme cold weather during transit.

I don't have Rosacea, but I would recommend the hydrating primer, but not the oil-free foundation primer because that has some ingredients that might make you break out... Using the hydrating primer is the way to go.

I have rosacea so badly that I have to take medication twice a day for it. I use the hydrating foundation primer without a problem. If you've got dry skin in addition to the rosacea like me, I highly recommend it.
